The lady who serves breakfast is really friendly

shared bathrooms\\\\-some didnt have locks . going to the room where breakfast is served to find a Poker game in progress at 7 30 in the morning ! First room I was given had no TV and a wierd double bunk which took up all the room. Had to wait 2 hours for the manager to arrive as the staff werent able to contact him and weren't allowed to move me without his permission

We arrived at the hotel and the outside front was full of people drinking beer and chanting football songs - fans who had just left the west ham ground which is across the road. We checked in and went to the room, above the pub. We had booked an ensuite double room - we had, a bunkbed which was single on top and double on bottom, and also a small single bed (all the slats were hanging down on this one) and no ensuite. Asked at reception and was told there was no ensuite rooms so offered me £15 discount. i asked for full refund so i could go somewhere else and was told no. Room had curtains which only fitted half the window, plug sockets which didnt work, and a kettle but no mugs or tea/coffee.Also quite far from o2,we thought would b closer

the blow heater to keep me warm

the room wa horrible, it was a bunk bed that looked like i was staying in someones space for the night, it was not welcoming, warm or even comfortable.

The hotel´s cozy and lovely, and the staff was absolutely nice. The room very clean and nice, and there was a fridge, a kettle, a microwave + coffe/tea, which was indeed lovely and comfy!

The TV never worked properly and even though I asked, we never had it fixed - other than that, everything was great!

    polite staff, nice breakfast

the music was loud til 2 or 3 in the morning downstairs. no ensuite bathroom but for the price if the room it didnt really matter

Basic but value for money, would have been better if tube from upton park hadnt been closed, we had to get bus then tube to get to sights. f f

It had a bed and the shower was warm and it had locks which enhanced the safety.

The bed was squeaky, the bed linen didn't match, the noise pollution and derogotory language you could hear from outside was awful, there was no curtains to shut out the light. In the show the soap holder fell off, you couldn't shower for long just in case the floor got flooded, the channels on the tv were not 100% visible and without a doubt the worse thing was the viewing of cockroaches outsiide the venue itself. You don't want to be going to a hotel with the view that your bedroom looks better than this.

The location and the nature of the hotel was great for the holiday that I was taking. The transport links were really good. The manager when around was helpful and incredibly helpful. The staff were so nice.

The main downfall was breakfast. They only offered frys which are not always what you want. The choice was limited in that respect.

I was jailed with my own money. The room I was given was a bunker bed, even a refugee camp will have better accomodation

No lock in one bathroom. One person have to stand outside while using the toilet and in the toilet it was stinking.

There is a bar. They told me about night bus in detail when I asked the question. I could do check-out 4:00.

we enjoyed it ere as it was close to the o2 the staff were nice and friendly

    room to warm

It was a big and okay room, bathroom was decent, it was a comfortable bed.

They could not fix transport to the hotel although they had said that they would. Also the breakfast wasnt to good. It said "full English breakfast" which was very exaggerated.

Nothing. Except that near the ''hotel'' there were a lot of fast food and you could find something to eat!

A cheap and dirty hotel. If you want to go and just pass your night outside of the hotel because downstairs there is a bunch of drunk people screaming and yelling go for it!! It doesnt even worth 45 pounds i paid for the night. The room was dirty and smelly no sheets on the bed just a duvet. Believe me you dont want to go!!

Travelling with my husband and 3 friends we chose the Central as it was a good price at £90 for 2 nights b&B. On route to the hotel we a bit apprehensive as the area of London it is in seemed quite rough but it turned out to be fine even walking back to the hotel from the tube at 10:30 at night. We stayed in the pub on the Friday night and had a very enjoyable night with the local people who drink in there rugularly. It was quite noisy through the night with police sirens every few minutes but we were fine with that. I wouldnt reccommend taking children to stay here.

The breakfast wasn't the best, sausages were awful and bacon was cold but it filled a gap.

Nice cheap hotel. Perfect for our trip. Only thing is there were no curtains in the room! Had to use bed sheets to cover windows! However because of this we managed to get a 10% discount so it's not all bad.
